In Luke 16, Jesus is talking about faithfulness with money and responsibility; the verse is not a promise that every small habit will lead to a big promotion. Its principle is that ordinary choices reveal what we do with what has been entrusted to us. Discipline can begin there, without turning every day into a test of whether you are a worthy person.
